When I started my Low Carb journey, I was surprised to see all of the artificial ingredients that were in store-bought low-carb and keto-friendly desserts. These items were cost-friendly but they tasted awful and were not made with quality ingredients that were beneficial for health.

It was then, decided to try my hand at making low-carb and keto-friendly confections, focusing on quality ingredients. These confections are hand crafted in small batches and are made with our health in mind.

I make these confections with intention! When I decided to make these confections available for purchase, it was because it is important to me that there are available options for others that live a low carb life to have the option for healthier sweets.

 

LowCarbie Sweets offer Cane sugar free, low-carb and keto-friendly desserts made with high-quality ingredients. Sugar substitutes used are sugar alcohols. The kids menu offer confections made with natural sugars such as coconut sugar, molasses, honey, etc. If you would like to know what sugar alcohols are used in your order, I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have!

 

These confections are made with grain-free flours, which means they may also be suitable for those with diabetes, Celiac's disease and gluten allergies. A good portion of these confections are made with Almond flour, so tree nut cross contamination is likely to occur.
